General information 

!I announce on my Instagram when commissions are open!

• I give free price quotes via Email, Instagram, Tumblr, and Deviantart messages. Feel free to message me whenever.  A price quote is not a commitment to buying anything and is valid till I lower/raise prices.

• Turnaround time for customs is ~1 week from me starting work on the custom. NOT PURCHASE DATE! Complex customs may take longer.  I adjust this time according to my own schedule and will inform you of any changes. 
  
  You may end up waiting a month or more for me to start on your commission depending on the length of the queue. I am serious about this. It can take a long time for me to reach your custom...

• If interested, I have my commission queue here .  I suggest checking it from time to time to see how many customs I have to do before yours. 

• I have the right to refuse service for any reason. Be kind to me, I do not owe you anything and I do this as a hobby. I am not a business, I will talk to you casually.

• I am terrible at taking WIP (work in progress) pictures. I usually paint the whole custom in one sitting. I will come to you if I am unsure about any elements on the design. 

Reference images 

• I accept IRL pet photos, digital and traditional drawings as well as detailed descriptions as references for the custom. Providing two of these is even better. For IRL pets all three are highly recommended.

• For IRL pet commissions I REQUIRE a digital color palette of your pet's fur colors. I am sometimes unable to color-pick the correct shades from the photos provided, hence the color palette. You giving me the correct colors assures me I will not paint the custom the wrong colors. 

(Not saying your photos suck, they just don't always show the correct colors due to lighting, etc. You know your pet the best!) 

• I will not share any reference images with other people.

• Mixing some extremely bright colors is nearly impossible. Neon paints work sometimes.

Prices 

• Prices are calculated by estimating the amount of time your custom will take to complete. The amount of sculpting, sanding, resin eyes, and the complexity of the paint job matter. 

(Most of the price is composed of my time, I try to keep my rate above 12€/hour)

•  All prices are listed in euros€. You can google how much the price is in USD/CAD/GPD/etc. if needed. Your credit card or Paypal will automatically convert currencies when buying, so no need to stress that.

Shipping

• I ship from Finland, which is in Europe
• Most customs are shipped as Maxi-letters, small cardboard boxes meant for shipping small items. Some simple repaint customs can be shipped in a bubble mailer. I will let you know which shipping option is the one for you.
  
  
• Shipping prices change every year in Finland. I will update the page as that happens!

Some simple customs can be shipped with just a 5.5€ shipping. I will let you know if this is the case for you.

Tracking only works in the following countries:
Belgium, Spain, Japan, Hongkong, Ireland, Iceland, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Lithuania, and the USA.

• Shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks inside Europe and 2-4 weeks internationally

• Remember to check you have written your address correctly!
  
  
• Once the package has been dropped off at the post office, everything that happens to it is out of my control. I do not control the postal office and I hope you understand that. Please select tracked shipping if you want to ensure safe arrival.

• I am not responsible for any damage caused by shipping. I do my best to package the custom as securely as possible. 

Payments 

• I take all payments via my shop for ease of management. My shop has both Paypal and card payment options. Do message me if you have questions.

• Digital checks, exposure, gift cards, trades, and “I will pay you after I receive the custom” are not valid forms of payment. None of those will feed my cats.
